‘Problems with the guardianship system for adults lacking legal capacity in Ukraine’ – reports on the findings of three studies (a survey of representatives of guardianship and care authorities; a survey of guardians; monitoring of compliance with property rights in residential care homes within the social protection system), which were carried out by the All-Ukrainian Public Organisation “Coalition” with the support of the Disability Rights Fund and the Tides Foundation (USA) between 2010 and 2012.
