Results of the monitoring of the implementation of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Procedure for Reforming the Healthcare System in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk Regions and the City of Kyiv’, carried out by the All-Ukrainian Public Organisation ‘Coalition’ in 2012. The monitoring focused on the impact of the reform on access to medical and social services for people with disabilities. Practical recommendations are provided for carrying out similar monitoring in other regions, and a toolkit is included for conducting focus groups and interviews with target population groups.
