Rules of the road: at the FLCH

This document is called the Highway Code. It explains how everyone should behave on the road. The Highway Code has been written for people throughout Ukraine.

The Rules of the Road are intended for pedestrians and drivers. Everyone must be familiar with the Rules of the Road. Everyone must be very careful on the road and near the road.

If you do not follow the Rules of the Road, an accident may occur. If you do not follow the Rules of the Road, you may be fined by the police.

These easy-to-read materials were produced as part of the OSCE ODIHR project ‘Promoting the Human Dimension of Security in Ukraine’, following a training programme on easy-to-read methodology and related concepts for representatives of organisations for people with disabilities.
